Drop Your Base

The Basedrop Builder is a dirty soda builder first: pour a soda, add a flavour drop, lay a cream or foam on top, and it does the arithmetic. It builds coffee, tea, shakes and long drinks the same way. What a dirty soda is, and where it came from, is on its own page.

Pick what you are pouring, a Jerk Soda flavour drop and what goes on top. The builder shows the glass, how many drops to add and the method, and gives you a link that opens the same drink again.

Drops go in by the glass

The standard is one drop per 150 ml of drink, rounded to a whole drop, so a 250 ml glass or a 330 ml can takes two and a 500 ml can takes three. Taste, and add another only if it needs it.

A cream or a foam on top makes it a dirty soda

Pour the soda over ice, give the fizz a few seconds to settle, then lay a flavoured cream or foam on top and leave it there.

Syrup is the advanced route

A syrup is made ahead in a batch and poured by the millilitre, as a simple syrup or a rich one. It brings sugar with the flavour, and with it body.

Every build suggests one of the lollies we sell, with the reason it goes with the flavour you picked, and a link to it.

When a pairing says yuck

A Yuck tag marks flavours that common sense says should not mix. We have not tasted every one of them, so take it as a warning rather than a rule.

What proven means

A drink marked proven has been made in our test kitchen with our drops. Everything else is built from the same rules, and is yours to try.
