When your order leaves us

Orders of in-stock items are usually packed within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a confirmation when you order and tracking when it ships.

Where we ship

New Zealand and Australia. If you are somewhere else, tell us the destination and what you are after through the contact form and we will quote it.

What it costs

New Zealand. Free overnight courier on every order. There is no minimum.

Australia. NZ Post is NZ$17, and free once your order passes NZ$150. Aramex is NZ$21. DHL is NZ$35 on parcels up to 2 kg, and free once your order passes NZ$300.

Rates are set in New Zealand dollars. If you are shopping in Australian dollars, checkout converts them and shows you what you will actually be charged.

Duties and taxes

Duties, import taxes and customs charges are not collected at checkout. If a carrier or a customs authority raises a charge when your parcel arrives, it is payable by you rather than by us.

If something goes wrong

Tracking will usually tell you more than we can, but if a parcel stalls or goes missing, tell us within 28 days of dispatch and we will take it up with the carrier. Please check your delivery address before you order: a parcel sent to an address you gave us and later returned will need reposting at your cost.
