These terms cover your use of basedrop.co.nz, operated by Kiwi Pak Limited. By using the site or ordering from it you accept them.

Our products

Everything we sell is food, for food use only. Flavourings are concentrated and are meant to be used in the small quantities described. Please read the label.

We try to describe and picture products accurately. Colours vary between screens, and a product photograph is a representation rather than a guarantee of appearance.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars, or in Australian dollars if you are shopping from Australia. Duties and import taxes are not included and are your responsibility. An order is an offer to buy, and we may decline one, for example if an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we decline, you are refunded in full.

Allergens

Ingredient and allergen information is on each product. If you have an allergy, read it before you buy, and ask us if anything is unclear.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has them.

What belongs to us

The site's text, images, recipes and branding belong to Kiwi Pak Limited or to the brands we stock. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where those Acts do not apply, our liability is limited to what you paid for the goods.

Which law applies

New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts.
